The Battery Crush and Nail Penetration Test Chamber is specially designed to evaluate the safety performance of lithium-ion and EV batteries under extreme mechanical conditions. Conforming to international standards such as SAE J2464, AIS 038, IEC 62133, and ISO 12405-4, this advanced testing system accurately simulates real-world crushing and puncture scenarios to assess battery durability, short-circuit behavior, and fire resistance.
Equipped with a high-precision control motherboard and intelligent data acquisition software, the chamber simultaneously records force, displacement, voltage, and temperature in real time. The test automatically stops once preset voltage, deformation, or pressure conditions are met, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
